I ordered October 6th and didn’t receive it till today October 29th. If you need the item right away don’t order through her. Even her sight says will deliver in 48hrs (false). I love the product just had a problem With the shipping delay and had to open a claim to get her to mail it.

The bag is well made and it is the color that I requested. Did take more than 48 hours to ship, but it is a very nice item and I received it in time for the planned event.

The bag is great, the service was not. I was informed that it would take a full 5 days from the time of the order to ship it out (which was a bummer, because I was hoping for faster ship out), and then I was told it would take "5-7 days" from that time to receive (10-12 days . Sending from CA to TX should take 2-3 days, if shipping Priority Mail, which is what should be used, given what I paid for shipping. So, 3 weeks go by, and nothing. I email her and receive no response for 3 days. I contact Etsy, ready to file a claim, and finally she responds and sends the bag Priority mail, as I'd requested. It arrived in 2 days, like it should have from the start. She offered no explanation why the first bag never arrived. I would highly recommend to seller to ship sooner, and faster. The bag itself is nice.

The pouch is fine, although I wish the buckle was in the front when the pouch is on the hip. The main problem was that it took a month to receive. I got no reply when I inquired. I would have filed a complaint but the shop was actually closed for awhile. In the end I got it and it is fine but beware if you need it in a timely manner

This the worst experience so for on Etsy. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. I was reading all negative comments on their page but thought I should give them a try. They messed up with my home address and don't want to give me a refund for shipping. I never had any problems with the shipping address. Bunch of lairs !!!!!

So, I received my hip bag after a month, and it wasn't the colour it was supposed to be. Nevertheless, it's pretty, well made article, and I use it everyday to walk my dog or go to college. So great job Emma!

I LOVE my bag! It is way nicer than I expected for the price. Really nice leather and just the perfect size to keep my keys, phone ect when out hiking with my dogs. This bag is perfect! ❤️
